This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or contact forms. Fonts and graphics are served from the same domain as the website.
When loading a page, your browser sends technical data needed to establish a connection, including your IP address. Server log settings and retention periods depend on the hosting provider.
Email correspondence
If you email us, we process your email address and the information in your message to respond to your enquiry and continue the correspondence.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and handling correspondence.
We keep this data for as long as needed to handle the correspondence and any resulting working relationship. We may retain it longer to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Providing data is voluntary, but we need an email address to reply by email.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and receive a portable copy of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You may also lodge a complaint with Poland’s supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or your competent supervisory authority. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and do not carry out profiling.
